Announcing New Book: “Innovating for Diversity”

I’m thrilled to announce that I will be co-authoring a new book for Wiley, currently titled “Innovating for Diversity”! Slated to release in early 2023, the book will be a broader discussion on diversity in the workplace. The book will look at how innovation principles can be applied to diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts, and — through real-life case studies with tech companies — offer lessons learned and actionable guidance for leaders across industries.
